Job summary

FCC Environmental Services, LLC is seeking a Route Supervisor to manage daily driver routes and ensure DOT compliance across our fleet in Florida. The role emphasizes safety, efficient driver scheduling, and timely service delivery to customers.

Responsibilities include monitoring driver performance, coordinating with Safety and HR for testing, and maintaining DOT-related documentation. A High School Diploma and post-secondary training in business/office management are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily route assignments to ensure all customers are serviced per contracts.
• Monitors service, safety and production of all drivers on the route.
• Manages driver time and attendance to ensure efficiency.
• Resolves issues with driver errors and missed pickups.
• Oversees driver compliance with regulatory agency training.
• Coordinates with Safety and HR for drug/alcohol testing and physicals.
• Investigates incidents and suggests training improvements.
• Maintains relationship with dispatch on customer service and issues.
• Works with Operations and HR to resolve employee relations concerns.
• Manages documentation for DOT compliance.
• Audits daily driver docs: time/attendance, tickets, hours.
• Promotes a union-free workplace where appropriate.
• Analyzes routes and suggests improvements to Operations.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages daily route assignments to ensure all customers are properly serviced be contractual agreements
• Monitors service, safety and production of all drivers on the assigned route
• Manages driver time and attendance to ensure efficiency
• Responsible for resolving issues with Driver errors and missed customer pickups
• Oversees driver compliance with regulatory agency and company training
• Coordinates with Safety and HR teams for driver drug and alcohol testing and physical requirements
• Conducts appropriate investigations for all incidents and injuries appropriately suggesting areas of improvement and training
• Maintains a relationship with the dispatch team regarding customer service and any foreseeable issues
• Works with the Operational and HR teams to resolve any employee relation concerns
• Manages all appropriate documentation for the Department of Transportation compliance
• Manages and audits all daily driver documentation and data to include time and attendance, service tickets, and driver hours
• Promotes a union free workplace as appropriate
• Analyzes daily route and suggests areas of improvement to the Operation Management team

Job Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma
• Post-secondary education in business, computers, or office management
