Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in fleet maintenance or operations.
• 5–8 years of direct management experience.
• Experience leading technicians and mechanics.
• Thorough knowledge of DOT rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, educate and develop employees.
• Oversee multiple shop operations and plan daily manpower.
• Support operations on equipment related issues.
• Monitor costs and drive efficiencies.
• Handle payroll approvals and compliance documentation.
• Ensure safe working conditions and FMS system usage.
• Communicate with clients to meet needs.
• Participate in interviewing and hiring shop staff.
