Job summary

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of motorcoach, transit, diesel, or heavy commercial vehicle service experience.
• Previous service leadership experience as a Service Manager, Supervisor, Foreman, Lead Technician, or similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge with ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, HVAC, and electronic vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily service operations with the Operations Manager.
• Monitor the Vehicle Down List and drive timely resolution of down conditions.
• Oversee shop floor activity and road-call requests with proper prioritization.
• Review defects from preventive maintenance, DVIRs, and other findings for repair priorities.
• Serve as primary escalation resource for complex repair, diagnostic, and parts issues.
• Coordinate expedited technical, repair, and parts support to protect vehicle availability.
