You will supervise technicians, coordinate schedules, and drive high-performance results across multiple shifts. The role requires strong leadership, a solid understanding of DOT/OSHA requirements, excellent communication skills, and a hands-on approach during peak times; the successful candidate will

Qualifications

• Management or supervisory experience in a large fleet.
• Experience leading technicians and performing reviews.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and refrigeration units.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop shop teams across multiple shifts.
• Oversee technician training and performance reviews.
• Manage shop scheduling, workloads, and project coordination.
• Maintain safety programs and conduct inspections.
• Support hands-on shop work during peak times.
• Track department performance and drive efficiency improvements.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and customers.
