You will drive efficiency, oversee technician performance, and ensure high-quality service for trucks, trailers, and transport refrigeration units. A strong leadership background, experience with DOT/OSHA compliance, and a valid driver’s license are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Management experience in a large fleet, diesel, or trailer repair shop (3+ years preferred).
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines, trailer systems, and transport refrigeration units.
• Experience with DOT & OSHA compliance and repair procedures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality service and communication.
