Job summary

SpaceX in Texas seeks a Production Coordinator within Fleet Maintenance to oversee the movement and tracking of parts and materials for rapid vehicle turnaround and reuse. This role ensures data accuracy across maintenance teams to minimize downtime and maximize fleet readiness for missions.

You will work with planning, procurement, engineering, and maintenance to keep ERP/MRP data clean, drive workflow efficiency, and support metrics-driven actions to improve turnaround times and asset

Qualifications

• MS Office proficiency required.
• Experience organizing files/documents.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, semiconductor, or electronic manufacturing/maintenance environments preferred.
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems; familiarity with maintenance planning software.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery for maintenance and turnaround.
• Coordinate off-site processing of parts (repairs, inspections, upgrades).
• Maintain clean and accurate MRP/ERP data for fleet scheduling and inventory management.
• Develop reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints for fleet operations.
• Support maintenance leadership with action item updates and KPI tracking.
