Job summary

SpaceX in Texas is hiring a Production Coordinator (Fleet Maintenance) to oversee the movement of parts and materials for rapid vehicle turnaround, refurbishment, and reuse. You will ensure data accuracy, compliance, and efficient operations across maintenance teams to maximize fleet readiness for missions.

The role requires strong organizational skills, experience with administrative processes, and familiarity with MS Office.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
1+ years of experience supporting departmental administrative processes.

Responsibilities

Monitor, track, and move parts to ensure timely delivery to next maintenance location or fleet turnaround site.
Coordinate off-site processing of parts to ensure on-time delivery back to active fleet operations.
Work with planning, procurement, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure MRP/ERP data is clean and accurate for fleet scheduling and inventory management.
Assist maintenance leadership with action item updates related to vehicle inspections, repairs, and certifications.
Develop and maintain reports to highlight needs, deliverables, and constraints for internal fleet operations.
