Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shop activities, conduct fleet walk-arounds, coach staff, and participate in hiring/termination decisions with HR.
• Maintain preventive maintenance programs across all shops and monitor trends in failures to control costs and downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and complete quality control inspections; manage training and corrective actions as needed.
