Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing in Orlando is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead diesel technicians, coordinate vehicle maintenance, and ensure safety and quality across preventive, mechanical, and electrical repairs.

You will hire, train, and develop technicians, manage scheduling, and focus on customer satisfaction while upholding Penske safety policies. A background in fleet maintenance and leadership is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years fleet maintenance management experience preferred.
• Experience supervising a team in a high-ops environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates or Tech School degree preferred.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Proficiency with computers including Microsoft Office and web-based applications preferred.
• Must comply with DOT/OSHA safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize and assign work to meet customers’ needs.
• Ensure quality, compliance, and safety of Penske's assets.
• Control repair, inventory, and labor costs.
• Meet and exceed customer satisfaction.
• Coach and mentor technicians and CSRs.
• Monitor associate work levels.
• Facility management, ensuring a clean and safe working environment.
• Other duties and tasks as required by supervisor.
