Qualificações

• 3+ years of fleet maintenance experience including diagnostics and repairs.
• 3+ years of supervisory/lead/management experience.
• Must possess a valid Washington State driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise repairs, preventative maintenance, component rebuilds, and body repair functions.
• Develop performance and training requirements for leads and employees; monitor performance.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for warranty repairs and parts.
• Create work schedules and manage overtime to meet operations.
• Hire, supervise, coach, discipline, and terminate employees as needed; handle grievances.
