Job summary

Jensen Infrastructure in Phoenix seeks a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to lead the fleet maintenance department, ensure trucks, trailers and heavy equipment are available, safe, and compliant, and oversee the preventive maintenance program.

Reporting to the Fleet Maintenance Manager, you will guide a team of mechanics, coordinate with drivers and dispatch, schedule work, enforce safety, and maintain maintenance records and DOT compliance.

Qualifications

• ASE Certification and CDL required with supervisory experience.
• Experience with DOT compliance and fleet maintenance programs.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directing activities related to the fleet maintenance department.
• Planning and preparing work schedules for fleet staff.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed and tasks completed on time.
• Maintaining records for forklifts, trucks and trailers, including repairs and costs.
• Ensuring trucks and trailers are DOT compliant.
• Scheduling ongoing preventive maintenance (PM) programs per guidelines and regulations.
• Providing guidance and training to fleet maintenance staff.
