The Fleet Maintenance Supervisor is a key position in our Phoenix operation. You'll lead the activities of the fleet maintenance department to ensure that fleet and heavy equipment is available, dependable and safe at all times and you'll oversee the fleet preventive maintenance (PM) program.
Reporting to our Fleet Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a team of Fleet Maintenance Mechanics. You'll work with commercial drivers, forklift drivers, dispatch, and plant leadership to ensure on schedule, safe delivery of Jensen products.

Much like you, our founder, Don Jensen was looking for a way to support his family, so he started his Company in 1968. Since founded, we're supporting communities across Nevada, California, Arizona, Washington, and Hawaii.
Jensen Infrastructure likely has an impact on your daily life. We build culverts to take water away from your neighborhoods, underground utility boxes to hold cables, and manholes to allow workers access to the sewers deep below the roads we drive on. And that's just a small sample of what we do at Jensen on a daily basis.
When you work at one of Jensen’s many locations, you will enjoy the close relationships and camaraderie of a small company while being part of a larger, well-established, growing company.
We are committed to ensuring employment practices that promote equal opportunities. Please let us know if you require any reasonable accommodations during your interview process.
