Job summary

Coborn's, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Support Technician to keep our fleet, equipment, and facilities clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. You will support Fleet Maintenance and Transportation teams by cleaning vehicles, transporting vehicles, and assisting with shop operations.

Ideal candidates will have hands-on work ethic, ability to work with a team, and pride in a job well done. CDL is preferred but not always required; training provided to grow within the employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in vehicle cleaning, fleet support, grounds maintenance, general labor, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet Maintenance Operations: assist fleet mechanics and maintenance technicians with general shop activities and prepare vehicles for service.
• Maintain and detail company vehicles: wash, sanitize, and detail trucks, trailers, equipment.
• Coordinate vehicle and equipment transportation between locations and vendors.
• Assist with parts and inventory: pick up and deliver parts and supplies.
• Maintain facilities and grounds: seasonal lawn care, snow removal, and general upkeep.
• Keep work areas safe and organized following safety practices.
