Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. is seeking a Fleet Support Technician to help keep our fleet, equipment, and facilities clean, safe, and ready for daily operations. You’ll assist Fleet Maintenance and Transportation teams with vehicle preparation, transportation of vehicles and equipment, and general shop support.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in vehicle cleaning, fleet support, grounds maintenance, or general labor preferred.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and shop operations.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company insurance requirements.
• CDL preferred; required when operating vehicles CDL‑restricted.

Responsibilities

• Support Fleet Maintenance Operations: assist with general shop activities and prep vehicles.
• Maintain & detail company vehicles: wash, sanitize, and detail trucks and equipment.
• Coordinate vehicle & equipment transportation between locations.
• Assist with parts & inventory: pick up and deliver parts and supplies.
• Maintain facilities & grounds: seasonal grounds maintenance.
• Keep work areas safe & organized: maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Support company & community events: assist with parades and events.
• Contribute to team projects: support special projects across departments.
