Crossroads Mobile Maintenance is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. You will diagnose electrical and mechanical issues, perform repairs, and maintain various vehicles to high standards.

The role includes part replacement, inventory management, safety compliance, and collaboration with team members and customers to communicate repair timelines.

Qualifications

• Experience as automotive technician or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, repair techniques, and replacement parts.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for parts ordering and repair documentation.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and work on vehicles as needed.

Responsibilities
