Job summary

XPO is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Analyst in Ann Arbor, MI to support the equipment administration team and fleet operations. You will analyze maintenance data, track vehicle assignments, and prepare monthly reports.

The role emphasizes accuracy, proactive issue resolution, and timely processing of invoices, with opportunities to contribute to improvements. Ideal candidates will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus experience in maintenance or logistics and strong Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military experience; 4 years of related work experience
• 1 year of experience in maintenance, logistics, operations management or related field
• Advanced Excel skills (V-Lookup, Pivots) and PowerPoint; strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Support equipment administration and fleet maintenance teams
• Resolve maintenance issues and recommend solutions
• Monitor database and track vehicle assignments; generate monthly reports
• Verify repair invoices and process them timely
• Handle ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
