Job summary

Wdtmilk is seeking a Maintenance Cost Supervisor to analyze maintenance expenses across a fleet of trucks and trailers, identify cost-reduction opportunities, and provide financial visibility to guide budgeting and reporting.

You will monitor expenses, perform variance analysis, evaluate cost efficiency of repairs, develop KPI dashboards, and partner with Maintenance Supervisors and Regional Managers to enforce cost-effective practices across locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s license with clean driving record.
• 5+ years in cost management or financial analysis in operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control maintenance costs for fleet of trucks and trailers across locations.
• Monitor maintenance expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities across shops and regions.
• Track budget performance and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
• Evaluate cost efficiency of repairs and preventive maintenance strategies.
• Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and cost-trend reports.
• Provide financial analysis to support vendor negotiations and contract management.
• Review invoices, pricing, warranty recovery and contract compliance.
• Partner with Maintenance Supervisors and Regional Managers to enforce cost-effective decisions.
