US Foods is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Coordinator to assist the Fleet Manager with daily Fleet Maintenance operations in our Pittston area facility. Join a team focused on efficiency, reliability, and continuous improvement in a logistics-heavy environment.

The role emphasizes maintaining truck and trailer parts inventory, coordinating deliveries, and providing responsive service to internal and external customers. High school diploma required; Class 8 repair knowledge preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Knowledge of Class 8 tractor/trailer repair preferred.
• Fleet maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Fleet Manager with daily Fleet Maintenance operations.
• Maintain truck and trailer parts inventory and investigate inventory discrepancies.
• Order, receive, and track parts inventory.
• Coordinate parts deliveries and vendor communications.
• Answer incoming phone calls and assist internal and external customers.
• Maintain fleet maintenance records, filing systems, and related documentation.
• Support fleet maintenance reporting and administrative functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation

• Compensation depends on relevant experience and/or education, specific skills, function, geographic location, and other factors as applicable by law.
• The expected base rate for this role is between $18.00 and $21.00 per hour.
• This role may also receive: Overtime compensation, as applicable.
• The expected base rate for this role is between $15 - $24.
