Performance Food Group in the United States is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the mechanic shop, manage preventive maintenance, and lead a team responsible for trucks and trailers. You will ensure repairs are safe, timely, and cost-effective while maintaining compliance with DOT and company policies.
The role requires 4–6 years of fleet maintenance experience and proven supervisory ability.
Manages and coordinates the operational and maintenance activities of the Operating Company's (OpCo) truck fleet. Functions as a team member within the department and organization, as required, and performs any duty assigned to best serve the company.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
4-6 Years of Experience with fleet equipment maintenance.
Team lead or supervisory experience with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations knowledge.
