Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Fleet Services Administrator to handle day-to-day administration, tracking of van and tractor trailer servicing, fuel, and work order scheduling within the assigned region.

You will coordinate invoice payments for fleet services, maintain parts inventory, oversee licensing, and ensure compliance with safety and company values while supporting multiple site locations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with computers and data entry.
• Ability to coordinate a service schedule for multiple locations.
• Ability to manage schedules and invoice tracking for multiple site locations.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all van or tractor trailer servicing at locations within region.
• Coordinate payment of all van or tractor trailer wash and fuel invoices for site locations within region.
• Track site location work order schedules and oversee payment of invoices for van or tractor trailer repairs and services.
• Maintain fleet parts ordering at the site location.
• Oversee usage of wash bay chemicals and order when needed.
• Manage parts inventory and period end reconciliation reports.
• Track van or tractor trailer fleet plate licensing and update licensure as needed.
• Must be able to perform the essential job functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Responsible for the day to day administration and tracking of all van or tractor trailer servicing, fuel, and work order scheduling at locations within respective region.
