Job summary

Texas Building Supply, a division of US LBM Holdings, is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee freight and supply logistics, shipping routes, and delivery to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You will respond to customer questions, inform them of delays, and coordinate with drivers, sales, and the fleet to ensure accurate, timely deliveries while maintaining records and processing DOT-related tasks.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong administrative and organizational abilities.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of supply management principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch orders and coordinate freight and deliveries to maximize efficiency.
• Print manifests and load assignments for drivers.
• Communicate delivery status with customers, sales and drivers.
• Monitor metrics and seek process improvements; maintain records and DOT-related tasks.
