Swift Transportation seeks a dynamic leader to manage a fleet of 10+ drivers, optimize home-time adherence, and boost profitability across the assigned area. You will review P/L metrics, coach drivers, and drive safety performance to align with revenue targets.

The role requires 2+ years in operations or planning, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; an associate degree in business or related field is preferred. Competitive benefits provided.

Formación

• 2+ years in Operations and/or Planning and/or Customer Accounts.
• Must be able to lead others.
• Must possess exceptional communication skills.
• Must be able to multi-task.

Responsabilidades

• Develop high performing drivers through daily interactions, coaching and positive reinforcement.
• Meet drive home time expectations by actively managing expectations and keeping commitments.
• Maximize P/L for all assigned tractors and trailers.
• Proactively manage safety performance to achieve insurance and claims cost as a percentage of revenue targets.
