A leading company in infrastructure services is seeking a Fleet HSE Coordinator to support compliance and drive health, safety, and environmental standards across fleet operations. This role involves conducting inspections, developing training programs, and promoting safety initiatives. Ideal candidates will have a solid understanding of HSE regulations and experience in fleet operations.
Job Overview:
The Fleet HSE Coordinator supports all PSC companies by driving health, safety, and environmental (HSE) compliance across fleet operations, with a primary focus on repair and maintenance activities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that all fleet facilities including shops and yards maintain a safe, compliant, and high-performing work environment. The Fleet HSE Coordinator works closely with the HSE Director of Fleet and all other PSC HSE teams to implement HSE systems, identify risks, conduct training, and support incident prevention and response.
Success in this role requires a strong moral compass, a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to build relationships with frontline employees and leadership. A general understanding of heavy equipment, CDL operations, fleet safety, and telematics is preferred.
