Hogan is seeking a Rental Manager in St. Louis to oversee the sales and operational activities of our commercial truck rental product line. You will lead business development, account management, and service delivery while optimizing fleet performance.

The role requires 2+ years in sales/leadership, strong relationship building, and the ability to drive revenue in a fast-paced environment. Compensation includes base salary plus commission and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-million-dollar truck rental fleet and align availability with client requirements.

• Provide outstanding service to customers and pursue new commercial rental accounts.
• Develop sales leads for new contractual product lines (e.g., full-service lease, contract maintenance).
• Collaborate with sales personnel to maximize branch financial performance.
• Contribute to the company’s sales and marketing strategies.
