Job summary

REIC Rentals seeks a Fleet Manager to build a scalable fleet management operation across 55+ locations. You will own planning, data, reporting, and processes to ensure the right equipment is in the right place at the right time and cost.

You will shape asset lifecycle, collaborate with Operations, Finance, and vendors, and implement scalable processes to support rapid growth. This role emphasizes building while operating in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or optimizing a large equipment or vehicle fleet.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable decisions and strategies.
• Familiarity with fleet economics, lifecycle planning, and total cost of ownership.
• Ability to develop fleet processes, dashboards, and operating procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable fleet management processes, reporting, and rhythms across locations.
• Develop short- and long-term fleet plans aligned with growth and utilization.
• Create and maintain data-driven dashboards detailing utilization, cost, and lifecycle.
• Oversee procurement, vendor negotiations, and lifecycle management of assets.
• Drive continuous improvements in fleet operations and asset information accuracy.
