Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience plus 3–5 years in fleet management
• Analytically proficient with key metrics (time utilization, Cap Factor) and data-driven decisions
• Strong teamwork, influencer abilities and safety mindset
• Ability to interact with all management levels and work independently
• Travel 10–20% of time

Responsibilities

• Foster accountability and positive work culture across branches
• Implement fleet KPIs and decision frameworks for asset efficiency
• Drive profitability through effective regional fleet utilization
• Coordinate fleet movements to maximize profitable utilization while preserving ownership culture
• Lead selection/approval of rental profiles to meet regional needs
• Analyze time utilization and cap factor to justify fleet needs
• Review capital equipment requisitions for transfer, purchase or re-rent
• Coordinate with operations to meet current and future customer needs
• Provide high-level support to field operations and respond to priorities
• Implement continual improvement processes across region
• Promote asset maintenance and accountability of resources
• Plan disposal/refurbishment with Regional Managers
• Suggest stocking orders based on PC performance
• Assist PCs with retail equipment orders (Specs, Quotes, pricing)
• Coordinate SKU inclusion/exclusion with Regional/District mgmt and Support Office Fleet Dept
• Ensure rental inventory is maintained and available to rent
• Other duties as assigned
