You will work as part of a team, follow safety policies, and be willing to work outdoors on scheduled shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Willingness to work outdoors
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Must follow Penske safety and maintenance policies (DOT/OSHA compliant)
• Regular, predictable attendance essential
• DOT driver qualification file and related screenings may be required

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, etc.).
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and hands-on coaching for minor repairs.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor
