Job summary

Penske Truck Leasing Co., L.P. in Fort Worth is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash, and inspect vehicles for readiness before they hit the road. You will greet customers and contribute to a positive experience while supporting vehicle safety and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage.
• Must follow Penske safety and maintenance policies (DOT/OSHA).
• DOT drug screening and MVR/dossier checks for regulated roles.
• Regular, predictable full attendance is essential.
• May require travel for training within a near geography.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keeping facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Grow skills via training and coaching; minor repairs like tire mounting, rotation, and preventive maintenance.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
