Penske is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to greet customers, fuel and wash vehicles, and support basic maintenance to ensure road readiness. Training is provided, with potential growth into technician roles and strong safety standards throughout the site.

No prior experience required; a valid driver’s license and dependable attendance are required as the role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork at Penske locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or prior work experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability and willingness to work outside.
• Basic mechanical ability and tool usage (preferred).
• Basic computer skills.
• Must understand Penske safety policies and DOT/OSHA requirements.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and ensure a great experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Perform vehicle readiness inspections for tires, fluids, and basic maintenance.
• Help keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Build skills through training and coaching to perform minor repairs.
• Complete other projects as assigned by supervisor.
