Penske Truck Leasing in Odessa, TX is seeking a Fleet Maintenance Fueler Washer to fuel, wash and inspect vehicles and provide excellent customer service. You will greet customers, assist with basic maintenance, and participate in training that can lead to technician roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and ensuring a positive experience while fueling and washing vehicles.
• Performing vehicle readiness inspections (tires, fluids, basic maintenance).
• Keep facilities clean and safe for customers and associates.
• Learn and perform minor repairs and preventive maintenance with training.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
