Job summary

Sysco Northeast Rdc is seeking an Operations Associate responsible for daily fueling of all delivery equipment and checking fluid levels. The role works with the fleet shop and night warehouse teams to ensure equipment is ready for use, including trailer washing and yard maintenance.

Strong reading and basic math skills are required, along with a high school diploma or GED and 1-3 months of related experience. On-site position with routine physical tasks and driving readiness training provided.

Qualifications

• 1-3 months related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Fuel every piece of delivery equipment daily.
• Check all fluid levels of power equipment daily.
• Assist the fleet shop when needed.
• Work with both fleet shop and night warehouse management to ready equipment for use.
• Wash trailers per FSQA schedule
• Keep parking lot clean and free of debris.
• Support the night truck spotters to organize the truck yard.
