Job summary

Carnival Corporation & plc is seeking a Manager, Fleet Finance to lead cross-functional projects, drive change, and deliver analytics and training across the Fleet Finance organization. The role coordinates with Finance Technology, IT, FP&A, and business partners to prioritize and implement initiatives that improve efficiency and governance.

Responsibilities include developing fleet-facing communications, ensuring adoption post-go-live, and guiding leadership with insights and dashboards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• PMP certification required.
• Proven experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban or SAFe).
• Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps.
• Experience leading AI-enabled technologies adoption, including requirements, change, training, and measuring adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead Fleet Finance projects from intake through implementation with defined scope and milestones.
• Lead change management and enablement for new processes, systems, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain Fleet Finance analytics, dashboards, reports, and scorecards.
• Serve as central triage point for project requests, issues, and enhancement requests.
• Partner with Finance Technology, IT, FP&A, and stakeholders on system enhancements, testing, and release readiness.
• Support AI enablement and digital transformation with use cases, guidance, and training.
• Translate operational pain points into actionable project plans, requirements, and training materials.
