Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Finance Manager to support the Gen AI finance team within AWS. This role carries full P&L responsibility, partnering with product, engineering, sales and business development to drive thoughtful analysis and controllership.

You will build and optimize P&L models, perform revenue analytics, and lead financial planning, forecasting, and insights for senior leadership. Strong financial modeling, problem-solving, and people management skills are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of tax, finance or related analytical field experience.
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or related analytic field (e.g., engineering, math, CS).
5+ years of dissecting financial data to support business strategy.
5+ years of leading cross-functional initiatives that drive financial performance.

Responsibilities

Build out and enhance P&L models, develop insights and KPI dashboards, lead analyses.
Support new initiatives/products and drive pricing decisions.
Provide revenue deep analytics and communicate to senior leaders.
Lead FP&A: complex financial models, forecasts, and long-range planning.
Manage financial controllership, analyze variances, present drivers to senior management.
