Job summary

Futures Inc. is seeking a Fleet & Facilities Manager in West Hartford, CT to oversee a fleet of about 45 vehicles and five properties. This hands-on leadership role requires independent judgment to manage maintenance, safety programs, budgets, and regulatory compliance across multiple sites.

You will coordinate with the CFO, supervise staff and vendors, and ensure cost-effective operations, safety, and on-time repairs. A strong background in fleet and facilities management is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent experience in facilities, automotive, or related field.
• Minimum five years in fleet management, fleet dispatch, facilities management, or related field.
• Knowledge of CT DMV/DOT regulations and vehicle inspections.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a fleet of ~45 vehicles including registrations, insurances, inspections, and preventive maintenance.
• Manage five CT properties, oversee vendors for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, DMV, DOT, fire safety, and building code requirements.
