Job summary

Carolina Handling, LLC is seeking a Fleet & Facilities Team Leader to coordinate maintenance, repairs, and operations across our locations. You will oversee the redeployable vehicle fleet, work with vendors, and lead facility improvement projects to keep sites safe and efficient.

You will manage budgets, schedules, permits, and inspections while ensuring compliance with OSHA and building codes. Travel to locations will be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management, property management, fleet management, or maintenance coordination.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance, repair, and operation of all facilities across locations.
• Develop and oversee preventative maintenance programs to keep facilities safe and reliable.
• Oversee fleet readiness, vehicle inspections, and transfers between branches to meet needs.
• Review service contracts and seek cost-saving improvements.
• Manage budgets for facility maintenance and capital projects.
