Job summary

Carolina Handling, a Raymond Dealer, seeks a Fleet and Facilities Technician to perform maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects across the facility.

You will respond to service requests, schedule preventative maintenance, and keep spaces clean and organized to protect safety and efficiency for all occupants. Minimum 3 years in facilities or related field required.

This role involves heavy work with power tools and equipment, and may require travel to other locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance or related field.
• Basic knowledge of carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing and machinery maintenance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for recording maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Van kitting and redeployment: prepare tool kits and equipment for technicians.
• Facility maintenance and inspections to identify malfunctions and repair needs.
• Respond to customer requests and communicate timelines clearly.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of facilities and common areas.
• Evaluate products/providers and support corporate projects as needed.
