Tower MRL LLC in Cottage Grove, WI is seeking a Fleet and Facilities Coordinator to oversee a fleet of 40+ trucks and 10+ trailers, manage maintenance, inspections, and facility records, and coordinate vendors and repairs.

The role involves hands-on work, documentation in telematics and GPS systems, and ensuring readiness of vehicles, equipment, and shop facilities for field operations. This is a full-time role based in Cottage Grove with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vehicle and trailer maintenance, repairs, DOT inspections, towing, warranty work, tires, and vendor service.
• Monitor maintenance needs using telematics and GPS systems, mileage information, driver reports, and service records.
• Respond to breakdowns and urgent repair issues, coordinate vendors, and follow repairs through completion.
• Inspect, prepare, load, and stage trucks, trailers, tools, equipment, and materials for scheduled tower work.
• Maintain inventories of tools, equipment, parts, supplies, and truck contents.
• Perform minor vehicle, equipment, and facility repairs within the employee's skill level.
• Coordinate new-vehicle setup, equipment installation, GPS and camera systems, decaling, and related readiness work.
• Operate and help maintain forklifts, skid steers, lawn equipment, sprayers, generators, trailers, and similar equipment.
• Maintain the shop, warehouse, yard, truck bays, and other company facilities.
• Coordinate outside contractors and vendors for specialized repairs and facility services.
• Pick up and deliver vehicles, trailers, parts, tools, supplies, and job materials as needed.
• Maintain accurate fleet, maintenance, inventory, repair, and facility records.
