Job summary

TotalEnergies Renewables USA is seeking a General Services Coordinator / Fleet (Contract) to manage a 325+ vehicle program across multiple affiliates and five site fleet managers. You will order vehicles, oversee maintenance, and ensure compliance with company policy and reporting standards.

You will coordinate with affiliates, drivers, fleet vendors, and management to optimize utilization, lead continuous improvement, and support facilities operations including work orders, vendor management,

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree.
  • Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP and Star Crystal.
  • Team oriented, strong problem-solving skills, multi-task oriented.
  • Analytical skills are important for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Fleet Vehicle program (325+ vehicles across multiple Affiliates and 5 site fleet managers) including but not limited to ordering new vehicles, maintenance program and returning vehicles as requested while complying with company policy and procedures.
  • Monitor vehicle utilization, and inventory while ensuring accurate records and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between affiliates, drivers, fleet vendors, and management regarding fleet operations.
  • Develop and implement fleet procedures and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Processes and coordinates facilities work orders while supporting General Services operations, including building services, vendor management, office moves, and workplace support initiatives.
  • Ensure General Services support is provided to all Affiliates in scope (TEPRI, TEAS, TEEPUSA, TEEPAME, TEEPRT, TEEPNV, TEMUSA TERUSA, ATMI and TGPNA).
  • Support the Tower Fire Warden Program through active participation in ongoing meetings, coordination efforts, and quarterly fire drills
  • Amex Administration (Tower & remote sites)
  • Hurricane Response Committee (Tower)
  • ODP Website Key User (TEPRI/TEAS)

Job description

The General Services Coordinator / Fleet (Contract) position Interacts with various departments and employees up to and including leadership team. A high level of professionalism and willingness to help others while complying with policies and procedures is significant. Manages the Fleet Vehicle Program by maintaining an accurate fleet inventory, overseeing the full vehicle lifecycle, andproviding leadership and guidance to affiliate fleet coordinators.

Accountabilities:

  • Provide high-level support to affiliates regarding fleet-related matters
  • Support General Services operations as required
  • Work in a team environment
  • Demonstrates strong safety awareness
  • Demonstrate knowledge about the building, building lease, business units, departments, policies and procedures
  • Support building operations, vendor management, workplace services, and budget administration.
  • Foster the development of a sustainable and efficient General Services program with an aim of continuous improvement
