Job summary

Kempower is seeking a Fleet Charging Sales Manager for the Southeast to own the full sales cycle—from prospecting to contract execution—for North America fleet opportunities. You’ll position modular DC fast charging, software, and services to transit, logistics, municipal, and corporate fleets.

You will lead complex negotiations, coordinate with product and utility teams, drive multi-site deployments, and travel up to 40% for client visits and trade shows, contributing to Kempower’s growing

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of B2B consultative technical sales experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with electrical infrastructure and load management.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with RFPs and multi-site projects.
• Proficient with Salesforce CRM for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% for client site visits and events.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and capture complex fleet opportunities with consultative sales strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align hardware, software, and commissioning with site constraints.
• Lead multi-stakeholder negotiations, RFP responses, site assessments, and executive presentations.
