Job summary

Precision Security Team LLC seeks an Equipment & Fleet Coordinator to join our Operations team in Fort Collins. Based at the PST office with regular travel to client sites for equipment set-up and vehicle issues, you will manage vehicle lifecycle, maintenance, and equipment inventory to keep patrols ready 24/7.

The role requires strong organization, vendor management, and compliance, with competitive hourly pay and benefits for 30+ hours per week.

Qualifications

• Experience in fleet management, equipment/asset management, logistics, or a related operations role.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing inventory systems, spreadsheets, or asset-management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office software; experience with fleet telematics or CMMS platforms a plus.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple vendors, schedules, and compliance deadlines while maintaining clear, consistent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee full vehicle lifecycle including registration, insurance, maintenance, and disposal.
• Create preventive maintenance schedule and coordinate repairs.
• Track fleet utilization, mileage, fuel costs, and maintenance spend.
• Maintain vehicle assignment records and contract alignment.
• Manage fuel cards, GPS/telematics, and dash-cam systems.
• Coordinate branding, upfitting, and equipment provisioning.
• Procure and track officer equipment; maintain auditable inventory.
• Coordinate radio and comms equipment programming and licensing.
• Ensure client equipment requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare fleet/equipment spend and risk reports.
• Maintain safety compliance with policies and audits.
• Support driver qualification standards and incident investigations.
