Job summary

The Bancorp Bank is seeking a Relationship Support Representative to provide documentation, reporting, and administrative support for the Vehicle Lease Division. You will ensure accurate lease documentation, support funding and bookings, and maintain strong service levels for customers and vendors.

In this role, you will collaborate with leasing staff across departments, participate in training, and communicate effectively to resolve issues while maintaining compliance and timely processing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of professional experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Automotive fleet leasing experience.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Identify required documentation for each vehicle lease type and customer category.
• Verify complete documentation before funding/booking.
• Enter lease documents into the lease management system; monitor changes.
• Escalate issues to management regarding incomplete or incorrect documents.
• Maintain awareness of documentation process changes and communicate across teams.
• Foster relationships with sales, operations, and finance to report status.
