Job summary

Airgas is hiring a Distribution Manager in Oklahoma City, OK. You will oversee regional fleet transportation, driver management, regulatory compliance, and equipment maintenance, working closely with the Plant Manager and other department heads to ensure safe, efficient product flow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on CMV operating experience.
• Deep working knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations, HOS, and IFTA reporting.
• Valid CDL with clean MVR.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safety-first culture across all fleet operations.
• Supervise up to 11 drivers, oversee hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews.
• Schedule maintenance, monitor telematics, ensure regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Plant Management to align material and product flow.
