Job summary

M&M Recycling in Locust Grove, GA is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate our fleet of roll-off trucks and tractor trailers in a fast-paced environment. You will manage multiple drivers and loads, optimize routes, and maintain dispatch records.

The role requires strong communication, routing, and problem-solving skills, with CDL-A preferred but not required. Health benefits and paid time off are offered with opportunity for advancement.

Qualifications

• Experience in scrap metal, waste, construction, or heavy trucking dispatching.
• Strong knowledge of roll-off trucks, tractor trailers, containers, and scrap metal operations.
• Excellent organization and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple drivers and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate 10-15 trucks daily.
• Schedule and manage 4-6 loads per driver each day.
• Optimize routes to maximize efficiency.
• Track trucks by load, location, and hour.
• Communicate with drivers, yard managers, customers, and scale personnel.
• Maintain dispatch records and delivery status.
• Respond quickly to priority changes and issues.
• Collaborate with operations to improve fleet utilization.
