Job summary

M&M Recycling, Inc is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to coordinate a fleet of roll-off trucks and tractor trailers in Locust Grove, GA. CDL A is preferred but not required for the right candidate.

The role demands strong communication, routing, and multi-load management in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include dispatching 10–15 trucks daily, coordinating 4–6 loads per driver, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience in dispatching in scrap metal, waste, construction, or heavy trucking is preferred.
• Knowledge of roll-off trucks, tractor trailers, containers, and scrap metal operations is highly desirable.
• Strong routing, logistics, and scheduling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple drivers and priorities simultaneously.
• Experience with GPS tracking, dispatch software, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

M&M Recycling is seeking an experienced, organized, and motivated Dispatcher to coordinate our fleet of roll-off trucks and tractor trailers. This is a fast-paced position that requires excellent communication skills, strong routing abilities, and the ability to manage multiple drivers and loads throughout the day.

CDL A required for this position -but not a deal breaker for the right person

• Experience using GPS tracking, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Experience

• Dispatching fleets of 10 or more trucks.
• Experience tracking production by the hour and by load.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and driver hours of service.
• Experience working in recycling, scrap metal, or industrial transportation.

• Must be able to road test drivers ,hold driver meetings and do driver training
