What You'll Do:

Dispatch roll-off trucks to customer locations, job sites, and internal yards
Plan daily routes and coordinate schedules for maximum efficiency
Communicate with drivers throughout the day to ensure timely pickups and deliveries
Monitor and ensure compliance with DOT and state transportation regulations
Maintain accurate records as needed
Track equipment locations and availability (dumpsters, trucks, etc.)
Serve as the main point of contact for drivers, customers, and Transportation Manager
Prioritize safety protocols and enforce company and regulatory safety standards
Troubleshoot delays, customer concerns, or logistical challenges as they arise
Support fleet maintenance scheduling and inspections

What You Bring:

Proven experience dispatching roll-off trucks
