FCC Environmental Services is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate daily waste collection operations, assigning routes, monitoring progress, and ensuring safe, compliant deliveries. You will serve as the communication hub among drivers, operations, maintenance, and customers, aiming to maximize productivity and service quality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in dispatch/logistics, strong computer skills, and the ability to read maps and GPS data.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Business, Logistics, Transportation, or related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute.

Responsabilidades

• Dispatch drivers and assign routes daily.
• Monitor vehicle locations and route progress.
• Communicate route changes, delays, and service requests.
• Coordinate with Operations Managers, Supervisors, and Maintenance.
• Ensure timely completion of residential, commercial, and municipal routes.
• Maintain records of route activity and performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and safety policies.
