Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years’ experience in facility maintenance, labor and material cost tracking, and operation of computer/software/networks.
• Typing proficiency of 45 words per minute (wpm).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have excellent organizational skills.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Acceptable driving record (must provide current driving record).

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service support for the daily maintenance operation and activities for all assigned vehicles.
• Perform the duties of Vehicle Registration.
• Interact professionally with contractors, vendors and corporate staff; maintain relationships with the Alutiiq management team to meet DOE mission objectives.
• Perform Customer Service desk and purchasing tasks as assigned by manager.
• Maintain a mixed fleet of Government (GSA) and ALMS owned/leased vehicles, forklifts, mowing equipment, Backhoe, Bucket Truck, and Trailers for Facilities Maintenance Services.
• Keep supervisor apprised of unique situations and problems encountered.
