CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher in Bolingbrook, IL to lead driver communications, coordinate loads, and ensure on-time deliveries. The role emphasizes strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to support retention and employee satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work proactively.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Experience in dispatching, logistics, or related operations.

Responsibilities

• Track and trace drivers daily with updates to BOS/Dispatch Track.
• Resolve service issues/recoveries and communicate to bookers/customers.
• Ensure all Customer Service Agreement (CSA) expectations are met.
• Coordinate with planners on any service issues and new load assignments.
• Update any trailer/equipment changes.
• Provide all DOT documentation received in a timely manner.
• Investigate and report weekly all roadsides and accidents.
• Obtain required weight tickets as needed by customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
