Job summary

The successful candidate will lead driver coaching, handle and interpret route reports, and ensure accurate maintenance scheduling and records.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in a specialized role or supervisor experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and routing/operations software.

Responsibilities

• Schedule drivers on routes daily and manage dispatch operations.
• Prioritize rush tickets and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain driver paperwork and DOT compliance documentation.
• Monitor route reports and KPI metrics to optimize performance.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate route personnel; work with management.
