Brenntag is seeking a dispatch-focused professional to supervise drivers and oversee the daily logistics workflow. You will ensure efficient dispatch operations and timely execution of shipments across multiple facilities.

The role requires experience in distribution, strong communication, and proficiency with Dayforce and Microsoft Office tools. This position emphasizes safety, accuracy, and cost-effective freight management.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years chemical industry experience (preferred).
• 3+ years distribution with fleet dispatching experience (required).
• 3+ years supervisory/management experience (required).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

• Dispatches trucks and supervises drivers; ensure on-time execution.
• Coordinate shipping appointments and pickups.
• Manage driver day-to-day operations across facilities and bulk terminals.
• Process driver paperwork and review DOT logs.
• Reduce carrier spend by improving asset utilization and routing.
• Serve as point of contact after 5 pm for emergencies.
